Everra Health provides longevity, wellness, and educational services. Everra Health itself does not practice medicine or provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Laboratory testing and clinical review are performed by independent, licensed healthcare professionals through Everra’s affiliated national medical network.

Any information you receive through Everra Health—including reports, educational materials, or recommendations—is provided for general wellness purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use of the Services.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Use the Services only for lawful and personal purposes.
Not attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our website or software.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you authorize Everra Health to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes or fees. Prices and available services may change without notice. Refunds, where applicable, will follow Everra’s published refund policy.

5. Laboratory and Clinical Services

All laboratory services are fulfilled by independent, CLIA-certified laboratories. All clinical services (including test ordering and review) are performed by independent clinicians licensed in your state. These clinicians are solely responsible for their professional services and compliance with applicable laws. Everra Health is not responsible for any acts or omissions of these clinicians or laboratories.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and design elements on the Everra Health website and within our digital platform are the intellectual property of Everra Health Holdings, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from Everra Health.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Everra Health provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everra Health and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to reliance on information obtained through Everra Health or any linked third-party site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Everra Health, its affiliates, and its independent contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Everra Health may modify these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
