Everra Health / Clinical Foundation

A defined scope. An explicit methodology.

Clinical logic. Open to review.

Everra is designed to connect cardiometabolic findings through explicit clinical rules and synthesis methods, with the basis available for clinician review.

Initial clinical scope

Six domains.
One cardiometabolic focus.

Everra’s initial scope covers cardiovascular, metabolic, lipid, inflammatory, autonomic and sleep findings. Its synthesis methodology defines when those findings can be connected.

Evidence and Everra methodology

The evidence. The synthesis method.

ESTABLISHED CLINICAL KNOWLEDGE

The clinical basis.

Published thresholds, population-specific criteria and evidence-supported interpretations.

EVERRA-DESIGNED CHOICES

The synthesis methodology.

Resolution and pattern activation, prioritization and longitudinal synthesis, and cross-domain interpretation.

Traceability is intended to reconstruct what produced the interpretation. Determinism means the same inputs and versions produce the same result. Neither, by itself, establishes clinical usefulness.

Inside the synthesis step

How findings become a connected picture.

The methodology addresses overlapping findings, pattern formation, change over time and cross-domain relationships. Each important synthesis decision should be explicit and open to review.

01

Resolution

Handle overlapping or competing findings.

02

Pattern formation

Establish when findings support a pattern.

03

Longitudinal interpretation

Interpret comparable observations over time.

04

Cross-domain synthesis

Connect findings only when justified.

05

Missingness and uncertainty

Separate normal findings from not enough information.

Three related questions

Our review approach.

01 / CLINICAL RULES

Sources and review decisions.

Substantial clinical-rule review work includes sources, reviewer decisions, audits and version history. Closeout remains in progress.

02 / SYNTHESIS

How the findings fit together.

The proposed informatics review focuses on overlap, pattern formation, change over time, cross-domain links, missingness and uncertainty.

03 / COMPOSITE SCORE

A separate methodology.

The meaning of a composite number, its combination and weighting, and validation for its intended use are separate from review of the individual rules.

These workstreams are not interchangeable. Repeatability and backward traceability are also technical implementation checks—not substitutes for clinical validation.

Review status: 11 September 2026. Clinical-rule review, synthesis review and score validation are distinct. Completed clinical validation is not claimed.

A considered evaluation

Bring your clinical questions.

Discuss coherence, justification, evaluation needs and priorities before a clinical pilot.
